Endoscopic Brow & Forehead Lift
Open. Youthful. Natural look.
"An endoscopic brow lift rejuvenates the forehead and lifts sagging brows using a micro-camera through tiny incisions hidden in the hairline. It smooths forehead wrinkles and lifts the upper face with no visible scaring."
Your journey
Consultation & Assessment
Evaluating upper face anatomy, eyebrow symmetry, and forehead muscle tone.
Micro-incisions
3 to 5 tiny incisions (approx. 1.5 cm) are made inside the hairline.
Endoscopic Mobilization
Under high-definition camera control, tissues are mobilized and repositioned higher.
Fixation & Closure
Tissues are securely anchored in their lifted position, and micro-incisions are closed.
Recovery
A supportive compression bandage is applied. Swelling subsides quickly to reveal natural results.
Rehabilitation
Inpatient stay
1 day in hospital with a light forehead bandage. Mild swelling and temporary forehead numbness are normal.
Bandage removal
Supportive bandage is removed. Gentle hair washing is permitted.
Return to work
Primary swelling and bruising resolve. You can comfortably return to work and social activities.
Sports activity
Gradual lifting of physical activity and fitness restrictions.
Final outcome
Full sensitivity returns. Brows settle into an ideal, naturally youthful position.
Scar progression
How the scar changes — from surgery to final result
Scars are placed within natural skin folds and become virtually unnoticeable over time. Proper care and sun protection speed up the fading process. For most patients, the scar blends with the surrounding skin within 12–18 months.
Suture removal
The scar is pink-red and slightly raised. Scar care begins — silicone gel or tape.
Active healing
Colour darkens to deep pink. The scar may thicken — this is normal. Avoid sun exposure and wear compression garments.
Maturation
The scar lightens, softens, and flattens. Itching and heightened sensitivity fade.
Final appearance
The scar takes on a silvery-beige tone and becomes barely visible, aligning with underwear lines.
